Research Use Agreement

All products purchased from Titan Peptides USA are sold solely for lawful laboratory, analytical, educational, or scientific research purposes. By submitting this Agreement, the purchaser certifies that the products are being acquired solely for legitimate research purposes and that the purchaser will use, handle, store, and dispose of the products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and appropriate laboratory practices.

The purchaser acknowledges that Titan Peptides USA products are not represented or sold as food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, compounded medications, or products intended for administration to humans or animals. The purchaser agrees not to use or permit the use of the products for human or veterinary administration.

The purchaser accepts responsibility for ensuring that anyone handling the products has appropriate knowledge, training, facilities, equipment, and procedures for the research being performed. The purchaser is responsible for evaluating hazards and implementing appropriate storage, handling, personal protective equipment, and disposal procedures.

The purchaser agrees not to relabel, advertise, resell, distribute, or otherwise represent Titan Peptides USA products as approved for human or veterinary use, or in a manner inconsistent with their stated research-only purpose.

The purchaser accepts responsibility for the selection and lawful research use of the products. Nothing in this Agreement waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

By submitting this Agreement, the purchaser confirms that they have read and understand this Agreement, are legally authorized to make the purchase, and agree to comply with the restrictions and certifications stated above.
